Bridgeton Cross Umbrella renovation

Looks like its progressing well and shouldn't be too long now until we see it completed.  The previous renovation didn't go too well and didn't last long due to poor work.   Hopefully they will get it right this time.

Brought back a memory of an old Blip where it featured.
