I drove off to Vantage Point near the airport just after 7. I'd hoped to avoid some of the road construction in the area, but I was too slow this morning. 

I could not see my mountains from that location. They were completely obscured by the wildfire smoke that has filled our valleys overnight. Other than some close views, the landscape was barely seen. 

I got my quick shots, then headed to my grocery store before turning for home. 

I'm in with my feet up again today. I've run out of quilted hearts so I need to get busy on those.
