Yoga class

No tennis today, obviously, so I booked in on a yoga class. Lovely class, great teacher. I haven't done yoga since the early '80s when I used to always fall asleep during the relaxation bit. I really enjoyed today, and managed to stay awake..
The teacher looked marvellous silhouetted against the choppy green sea. I really wanted a photo of her but normally I'm too nervous to ask people - even family - for photos. So I'm very very proud of myself for asking. She graciously said yes, and the pose was her own idea.
