I went out first thing in the sunshine to take a photo as we are promised thunderstorms and very heavy rain at some point!
I had a better night’s sleep, and will be going to the Pilates class, but will arrive early in order to speak to the Karen the teacher.
I know she will advise me on moves I should not attempt today.
In the meantime, news from Stephen’s brother this morning that his
Triple heart bypass will be on Thursday August 17th, and the other being that Stephen’s cousin Jean’s funeral will be Friday 18th at Skipton, followed by a service at Grassington Congregational Church which she attended each week. I’ve just been booking some accommodation.
