at the end of the morning a friend came as belated birthday visit…..she brought a bag of Dutch liquorice and a beautiful bunch of flowers….this is one of them i have no idea what it is….very beautiful……

after a while talking i said i had a big bag to bring to the charity shop…..oh she said….can i have a look….we’re the same size….she had a ball and took most home and dropped  what she couldn’t use at the charity shop…..win win….

gym this afternoon, it was hard work, it’s mainly exercises to stop us falling and work our core….

my month’s meds came early….i am so relieved……isn’t it work when things work well…..
