Things Above

My first ever visit to the Elysian paradise that is Ocklynge Cemetery in Eastbourne. I took enough pictures to fill an entire album on Flickr (if I had an account there, which I don't!), but here are three highlights from the visit.

On seeing the pictures back home, Mrs Catspaw was particularly struck by the way that lichen had turned the hair of the angel in the first 'Extra' a beautiful golden yellow.

Today's other 'Extra' gives something of the lush, unearthly feel of this little patch of eternity here on Earth.
