Pink roses

We did some housework and tidying of my Mum's garden this morning. The roses have always done well on the London clay. 
Then I visited a local care home, with my aunt in mind, lest it becomes too difficult for her to be cared for in her own home. The Home had been recommended to me and I  was impressed by what I saw.
I have visited a number of care homes over the past year so  I know now what to expect from a good home.
Then we drove to our home in time to watch the Prom concert on the TV which included Bomsori, the virtuoso South Korean violinist, playing Bruchs Violin Concerto. It was a relaxing end to a busy weekend.
