MRI

I had to go all the way to Málaga this evening for an MRI scan to find out what has been causing my sciatica and more recently some horrendous spasms in my back.

8:30 on a Sunday evening seemed a strange time for a medical appointment, but true enough the place was open for business, and busy too.

After about 15 minutes inside the machine, whirring and clicking away around me, I ermergerd and saw my scan on the computer monitor.

My photo of the screen taken at maximum zoom and from some five metres distance, is not exactly hi res, but one can clearly see two vertebrae with no disc between them.

No wonder I'm in pain all the time. 

More surgery required, I expect.
