Gardening

Today was an inset day for Amy & James. They seemed tired, which doesn't bode well for going back to school tomorrow!

After more than enough screen time, I dragged them out into the garden with me. It was the turn of the front garden today, and they reluctantly 'helped' me tidy it up! Everything in the garden is slightly behind due to the bad weather, including these peonies, which are normally in full bloom by now. I just love the way the petals are packed so tightly when they are still buds.
