3137. Sunrise….
…..before the clouds took over! I only had a couple of minutes to catch this today as the clouds were rolling in as the sun was coming up.
I have decided to keep this camera, I had kept the packaging for it just in case I decided to send it back. It’s not as fast at focusing as my Olympus but it’s light(ish) and no more changing lenses (which I find tricky). It’s not the newest camera, I think this one was released in 2018/19, so it’s about the same age as my Olympus one. As ever bridge cameras are a compromise but I’m delighted that the geotagging works so well and that means no more having to juggle my phone to take photos when I’m out to make sure I keep the location details. That’s a game changer for me for travelling!
A quietish day ahead for us today, some food shopping first thing, then I have another appointment with the audiologist as I’m not convinced that the battery is ok in my right hearing aid as it’s barely lasting a whole day. The audiologist told me they both should easily last 16-18 hours and I’m not getting more than 12 hours on my right one. They will no doubt want to send it or both of them away so I’ve dug out my older hearing aids and hopefully he will set them up with my current profile so that I can use them instead whilst my Phonak ones are away. I was quite impressed with Boots Hearing Care when I went for my annual hearing check as I had been thinking about replacing these aids. He told me not to even think about it until after I’d had them at least three years as they have a four year warranty. That’s good news as they are expensive so another year or two (assuming they behave) wouldn’t be a hardship!
