I last in bed and listened to my book as the rain battered the velux.

It was a miserable day till the skies cleared in the evening, the sun came out and there was a lovely sunset. 

But I was never over the door. Apart from coffee and fizz with Y I spent most of the day making a photobook for Mum with the holiday pics. Unfortunately the group pic E took is low res and may not print well. 

After eating I watched Antiques Roadshow and an ep of the French thriller. All these moody shots of Northern windswept beaches.
