The White Lion, near Colwyn Bay

This is where we stopped for lunch on the way to Wales. Here is mother, appearing with alcoholic beverages! It was a lovely day today and so a shame to sit in a car, but lunch was outside and it was nice when we arrived. Apparently this is the oldest pub in North Wales! We even found a dog called Holly to feed.

This evening I have cycled 12km, rowed 3km and cross-trained 2km to burn 552 calories.
