Poppies

We’ve been trying for a couple of years to transform a strip of the garden into a wildflower area. It’s generally just full of weeds but this year we have a few poppies appearing (amongst the weeds).
I’ve taken it easy today and now feeling a lot better. The sun was out this morning and I read lots of my new book; ‘Lily’ by Rose Tremain. Absolutely brilliant.
