Sunny Afternoon

The weather this afternoon was perfect for the Paths Group Barbeque hosted by two of the members to celebrate 10 years of the group. 

The forecast was for rain but it decided not to make an appearance meaning that we could sit outside chatting and eating.  A most enjoyable afternoon. 

Last night I roasted mixed nuts (ones without seasoning which I used for cooking) in the air fryer. I put them in a bowl with a little oil,  salt and pepper, oregano and smoked paprika and cooked them for 6 mins ay 180 C. Very easy to do and even better very tasty.
