It rained.............

However I am pleased that we did a short walk this morning while it was still dry.  No.1 managed a nice walk and we chatted on the way, stopping a few times.  I spotted some blackberries en route so decided to go out to pick a few to make some bramble jelly.  I picked a decent amount but have put off the jam making until tomorrow as my scales are out of battery and I couldn't be bothered to go out to get new ones (and didn't want to guess quantities).  I also picked some tomatoes and made soup (although No.1 and OH wanted to eat them like sweeties!) .  Nothing much else - it rained most of the afternoon and OH was watching sport on the TV and I was fiddling around not doing much.
