Irritatingly as far as moving Amos's radiator went, the radiator pipes go into our room, then through the adjoining walls to the very north-east corner of the house, presumably shedding a fair bit of heat to the underfloor space, rather than having a sort of central spine along the corridor, though it might mean having to take up slightly less floor when we get round to replacing the gas boiler with a heat pump again.
