Who could desert a house like this.....

Wandered up to New Walk again today as I wanted to have a look at this property again.
The house surrounding it are all similar, large Victorian buildings with lovely decoration on the pediments. They are all either private dwellings or offices...except for this one.
Deserted, forgotten, boarded up and fenced in....shame really
