Blackberries!

The blackberries in Platt Fields Park are ripening and Madam couldn't get them into her mouth fast enough. (Surely early for the north of England??)

Our oldest grandchild, at a similar age, was the same, and was most put out when the bushes no longer yielded them later in the year. We have a popular video on our family chat of him yelling "backbi" from his pushchair, but none were to be found.

Gratefuls:
- a morning in Chorlton alone, spending a lot of cash on books, what a pleasure!
- Tom making his delicious sourdough bread 
- reading books to Eden, not sure I've ever seen a baby her age love them as much as she does
