Lake and Main

At the intersection of Lake Avenue and Main Street in Downtown Curtis in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.  We saw some cool sights today but I like the small town Americana feel of this pic for the main blip. :-)

It was finally sunny today and I could actually wear a pair of the shorts I packed!  This morning we drove to Palms Brook State Park to see kitch-iti-kipi springs.  I haven't been there since I was a kid and it was cool to see again. The extras are of the glass bottom tour boat on the lake and the lake bottom where the springs bubble up.

The last extra is of the big hazy sunset over Manistique Lake on our last night in the UP.
