Stenkirth Park

We realised we needed so things for the lodge from our supplier in Kirkby Stephen so we made an early trip there. Having had some fish & chips we went for a walk in Stenkrith Park.

We'd been before and knew that the force of the water cuts impressive cauldrons into the river bed as seen from the Millennium Bridge in Extras.

We made our way down into the ravine and followed the path along. It wasn't a bad day and some holiday-makers were having a picnic on the rocks.
