Looking for a prey...

I am not really sure of this species of this bird, (I must admit that i am really bad in this front...).

i found this bird in my factory. we have some 4 to 5 tanks which are full of water. i find this bird looking for insects in the tank, and diving onto it. it was fun to see her while hunting. unfortunately the light was low, as it was late in the evening after the sunset, and couldn't capture the action properly, secondly she was really fast.
I really hope to get her into the action may be next time...
