Dedication

The folks behind the Rediscovering the Antonine Wall project have unveiled their latest artwork - a replica Roman dedication stone and stone bench (main plus extras). Both are beside the Forth and Clyde Canal at Cadder, opposite the site of Cadder Roman Fort.

I must admit that I am a sucker for this project and their modern recreations of Roman artefacts, colourful murals, etc, all designed to remind people of the history of the Antonine Wall that runs through this part of Central Scotland.
