I think mac and cheese is my last serious craving itch leftover from a month in Europe (I did have a sub-par effort in Amsterdam). In bright news: our fridge is fixed! Cooking at home will likely resume Monday or Tuesday. First, a weekend is to be enjoyed, then some fridge restocking needs to transpire.
