The cat and the piano tuner

Leo our cat happened to be sitting on the doorstep when Robert MacDonald, our piano tuner arrived.
 
“Is he yours?” he asks. I nod.
 
He is wary of cats after an incident in an Edinburgh house. He walked in and so did a cat sitting outside. It sat at his feet while he began tuning the piano.
 
 
The lady of the house is surprised.
“ I see you have brought your cat to work with you.”
 
Robert is startled.
“ No it followed me in. I thought it belonged here.”
 
So now he double-checks any cat lurking around.
