Skipping

My daughter skipping. I’m delighted to see her doing this today. This is real progress because she has been ill with ME/CFS for 16 years and she hasn’t been as active as this during all that time. And this after a walk in the countryside around the village. She has already gone to bed at 9.15pm. and she will be tired tomorrow.
I said to her to look on YouTube to see Muhammad Ali skipping.
