Raw data and cooking up #ScotFood

As a volunteer for Crail Food Festival (coming soon... is it in your diary?) I undertook to cook up a new ScotFood Twitter chat this evening. Unfortunately the gremlins took over Twitter for a good 20 - 30 minutes of the allotted hour for the chat, and it went a bit wonky.

This will of course ensure that the hosts for the next one will look fabulous!
