Fritillary

There did not seem to be a lot of butterflies around a month or two ago, but there are more now. I made bread in the morning but did little else as I was feeling quite tired after yesterday’s walk. The bellringing committee had a meeting in the afternoon to finalise the contents of a flyer that will be distributed to the tourist offices and left at the back of the church. It is very attractive. It has been hot today but not sweltering. I hope it cools a little before this evening’s tennis practice.
