Not the best advice.

It was too wet for J to go on his motorbike this morning so he went to Llandow in the car, which meant I didn't have to go to the gym so early. I dropped off two books in the library, collected a new one, then went into the gym.  It was so busy with young boy's and girls, and the noise was horrendous. I had to wait for a rower to become available, not the usual experience. I walked into town, did some shopping and caught the bus home. J had arrived home just before me, so he was preparing lunch and making the coffee. I have trained him well:-)
