What the?

Was at a rather swish hotel yesterday morning, drinking way too much Champagne with an impish friend ;-).

In the foyer we happened on these monstrosities; 3 taxidermed seagulls stuffed and dripping pearls and jewels from their bellies, enshrined in glass cases.

Strikes me the creator has some very unwholesome leanings. And fancy putting them on display in a vey swanky 5 star 'otel.

Afterwards we staggered to a lovely place for lunch, more Hendrick's gin and lunch al fresco in the sun.

Simply the most fun you could ever have on a Monday.
