Favourite tree

This grand old tree is up at the farm where I get my milk from.  Each time I see it I can't help but admire it - so wild and bare in the winter, beautiful, fresh and green in the spring, a wonderful provider of shade in the summer and a palette of glorious colour in the autumn.  Despite still being bare and wintery it's clear it is ready to burst into life once again with spring just around the corner.
