Special Gifts....!!

My Son brought me these as part of my birthday present a couple of weeks ago..
Very special produce and produced locally in the area where he lives....the honey is exceptional...pure, raw and unfiltered...powerful stuff.
The sauce is absolutely amazing...adding a gorgeous subtle hint of heat and incredible flavor to almost anything....
And for me especially it doesn’t have as its main ingredients either garlic or onions neither of which I can eat....without suffering ‘consequences ‘...although I love them both...:))
So it will be become a staple in my cooking from now on...

Been an indoor day...more rain...is it ever going to end ...??
The red currant Jelly has been made....
Extra the berries cooking up..!!

And tonight incredibly sad news for the Irish music world with the news of Sinead O’Connors death RIP...
She was and will continue to be one of our greatest music stars...her haunting voice will never be forgotten..
