I've been spotted

It was an interesting morning in the yard this morning, as I spotted a greater variety of wildlife than I have since the spring.  First, a male hummer came to visit the feeder only a few minutes after I reinstalled it.  It has been down for four weeks while I was away.  Then I was watching the birds coming to get seed when I saw a cowbird juvenile being fed by a cardinal, followed by a deer in the front yard.  The biggest thrill is when this fox approached me while I was sitting on the steps.  I stayed as still as I could but he spotted me, gave me a good look, then skittered away.  My lucky day I guess.
