Felt like weekend!

For some reason today felt nothing like a Wednesday, more like a Saturday.
Got lots of washing dried this morning which was good as it's rained a lot since this mid afternoon and is ongoing this evening.
The oriental poppy flowered earlier this year and now it has come up with just one poppy about to open but I think the rain might flatten it.
Finished The Little Flower Shop by the Sea today and tomorrow I'll start The Italian Matchmaker.
Shocked that Sinead O'Connor has died.
