A swim at 7am, a little too busy!

Home and eating breakfast in time to watch Spain V Zambia, Spain were a joy to watch.

Walked to Moortown and back to shop at M&S, it was hot.

Watched the Ireland match which featured a superb goal by Katie McCabe but it wasn’t enough to win the game or progress in the tournament :((.

Wandered around the garden for a blip, another butterfly was spotted and identified.
