85 years young

As a little kid, I remember looking forward to every Thursday when I would get my copy of the Beano, it was exciting to see what Biffo Bear, Dennis the Menace, Little Plum, The Bast Street Kids, Lord Snooty et al had been up to. Well 85 years later, it’s still going and hopefully, still engaging delightfully with kids as it has done over all these years.

Turns out we also have the 50th anniversary Beano edition too from 1988, when it only cost 20p … now that’s inflation.
