My mother shares a birthday with Mick Jagger - he’s 80 today, she’s got 6 years on him.

This time last year her doctors were telling me she wasn’t going to survive the week, then they threw the dice with a risky surgery, which saved her. The recovery was very long and stressful, but today she’s going out for lunch and seems very happy.
