On the bus

If we are mot in a hurry then we often take the bus which is free for seniors over 65. It is our response to the ridiculously high cost of fuel. There were only 2 others on this bus when I took the photo although more got on further up the road. I ,in fact, needed two busses to get to the garage that we hire across town. The Morris 8 needs it's 6 monthly Warrant of Fitness check. Despite being a month since it was running and very cold temperatures, the car started first time. It was a little sluggish until it was fully warmed up but after a while it ran like a charm. I look forward to summer when I can drive it some more with the the warmer, drier weather.
