Another Flood

from 2.3"of rain falling in 40 minutes.  The new storm sewers filled with gravel and mud from the recently laid top soil and grass seed, so the water had nowhere to go.  It also brought debris from a neighborhood on a hill.  Everybody got something...one house landed a live fish, another neighbor got a 30 gallon recycling container...another a railroad tie.  We hit the jackpot with a tablespoon and a pickle.  Everyone got sludge, leaves, sticks and branches.  Several neighbors (including moi) pitched in to help other neighbors with piling up debris at the street so the township can haul it away tomorrow.  Grass will be replanted, but if we keep getting these storms...
