Scotch Corner - star of the show

A remarkably smooth and trouble free journey from Kent given the sheer volume of traffic on the road.

We’ve been past the Holiday Inn at Scotch Corner dozens of times, this was the first time we’ve called in. So far so good.

We drove into Richmond for a stroll around the Town Trail and for something to eat. Richmond is a fascinating town, full of interest and history. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk.

Todays blip caught my attention while we were waiting to check in. For this of you who like a more conventional blip, the extra shows Richmond Castle and the River Swale from the Green Bridge.
