Going down a lead mine

We took grandsons to the lead mining museum and mine at Wanlockhead. The museum didn’t hold their attention for long but the nearby burn did. But we were prepared for such an eventuality and had a change of clothes for them. The highlight was going down a lead mine where the tunnels were more suited to their height.
