Rum & Raisin salted caramel sauce

Over Cornish clotted cream ice cream.

We are fans of rum and raisin ice cream but the flavour is always a disappointment

The closest the flavour/essence of rum is to the real thing, may be that the wind was blowing over the rum distillery at the time the sauce was being made.

So I made some.

And jolly good it is too.
