Sun on the Water
A morning ferrying stuff upstairs, preparing for the arrival of the fireplace man. Which may or may not be imminent. After that, met up with the sis at maw's house to sort out some practical stuff. Good to see the tomatoes that I bought so recently are shooting up.
Evening found me down at the boatie club meeting which was followed by much chinwaggery. We're organising some talk by Rosie Swale Pope, who I must admit I've never heard of. Hopefully enough folks have to make it a success, or we'll be well oota poacket. And C of the silvertongue turned up with two pollock which he'd found in his creels. Not what he was really after, though he did admit that he was using a pierced can of cat food as bait. And there was even a bit of light on the water.
