Insomnia

It's 3:00 in the morning and I can't sleep. I have my appointment with a physiatrist at 9:00 a.m. and I'm hoping to get some clarity about what's wrong with me. The MRI showed a great deal of damage in my hip and the first doctor had referred me to an orthopedic surgeon but I'm hoping this doctor will look beyond the hip. 

The picture is of a perfectly round rock that my friend showed me today. It was smooth and comfortable to hold and it made me happy.
