Pondlife

An unexpected evening walk around Mavisbank with Arlo, I have come to the conclusion this is probably my favourite pond, just pipping the pond at Penicuik House. Arlo does not agree though, seconds after this photo he headed towards it, thought the water lillies were land, and sploshed in by mistake. It wasn't that deep, but he was sufficiently smelly so we headed for the river to try and rinse him. Silly boy.
