Once upon a time

…..we have lived in our house for 30 years and done  lots of work including extension, new windows, new roof, conservatory not to mention  completely renovating the garden.  One of my retirement projects was to do a photo book to chart the house and garden development.  I started the project this weekend and scanned lots of old pictures including this one of our garden.

Today started with BP and OH had a blood test.  Home for breakfast then hospital visit.  Traffic was awful and  shortcut took an extra 40minutes.  It was good to see No.1 and her bruises are improving.  I tried to untangle her hair following surgery and was cross with OH who made it worse!!  She was sleepy so we left around 5.00 and journey home was ok.  Weather grim and cold and I changed into long sleeves and socks when I got home.
