Youtube Pilates, a different one and it was a challenge.
Psychiatrist appt (blip); she's not someone I can talk to easy and what I told her I didn't get what i wanted back from her. She talked about discharging me, and passing me back to the GP for everything, not today but soon. That was a shock and spent the rest of my day overthinking and getting upset.
