A very busy day in the clinic today: it was nearly eight when I left.

Walked home to a delicious tea, principally composed of "baked potato, baked beans and dragged-out-salad," with a big mug of tea and a bunch of grapes. Watched the latter part of Springwatch then out with the dogs and son. We took the car to Whitstable hoping to catch a sunset blip. Demonstrated here. Then had a brisk 30 minute walk in the gloaming and sea-breeze.

Sometimes wind-down time is the best of all.

Better if you "GO LARGE."
