Sunny Walkway

Too soon we're back at work. Thankfully my (Chris) IT delivery seems to have gone in OK, no problems today although we still have a first overnight run tonight to survive!

I took a walk in the sunshine at lunchtime. Today's blip is a subject I have photographed regularly but not from this angle and usually in black and white. Today it looked more interesting in colour.

A warm run with the club this evening, I lead the quickest group, they would have happily gone even quicker but a good sub 9 minute pace across the 6 miles was good enough for me.
