Roman Mosaics

A visit to the Corinium Museum in Cirencester - https://coriniummuseum.org/  ,  Very well curated and these lovely Roman mosaic found around the town.  One pictures a hare.  Apparently there were no rabbits here in Roman times and the hare is appears on many local pictures and sculptures - see yesterday's blip.  The Cotswold Hare figures large!  

The artifacts in the museum run from the Stone Age up the present day.  Really worth a visit.
