Trying Not To Feel Like A Condemned Man

My brother hates Sunday evenings after a certain point because he knows it foreshadows what feels like another week long slog of commuting and working so he likes to retire to his bedroom early and settle down with one of his photography magazines surrounded by some of the prints that he has bought over the years (which you can see hanging on the wall behind him) as it helps him to get a bit of peace and solace enabling him to feel slightly less like a condemned man. I always try to keep his spirits up as best I can.
So of course that meant I had to interrupt him to get this shot (that's the kind of brother I am!) but he said he didn't mind as long as he didn't have to make an actual facial appearance, so I needed a substitute visage. I spotted a headshot of Elon Musk in another magazine and thought it would be ideal!
My brother forgave me for the interruption and my shot did make him smile. Bribing him with the promise of a nice meal and a glass of wine when he got in tomorrow night (he says Mondays are always the worst day of the week for him) also seemed to work!. Thank you for putting up with your annoying brother. Love ya bro! It'll soon be Friday again!
